The business package is everything Dick states it to be, information on the pre-employment screening, background checks & person locating business (information sources, business outline, operations and advertising options, etc.) maybe more now than when I purchased. There are other items you need to purchase in addition to the package (books, software, etc.) as stated. I don't know what your background is, or what your goals are for this business, but like anything else your success/income is based on the time/effort you put in to it. I originally purchased the business information several years ago and can say that Dick is a man of his word and assisted me as recently as a week ago, without hesitation. I think they currently offer complete hands on training course, which I think maybe something worth considering. I hope this helps, good luck.

We are still in the start-up mode of our business, so I can't give you dollar figures of the before and after. This is my first home-based business, so we did not feel confident about what to do and how to go about it all. That was the best part of the course for us. Richard was devoted entirely to us while we were there in the class. He did not allow other calls or any interruptions of any kind. He asked us what we wanted to concentrate on, and tailored the course for us. I don't think he will plan to have any large classes, so it is VERY personal and hands-on. He answers all your questions and usually has several good examples to help explain the point. It gave us much more confidence and we saw live examples of the actual work as it took place. So we now see how fast and easy some of it can be done and we understand the precautions with the different aspects of it. Richard actually did a background check on me while I watched him do it. Within minutes (very few), he had more info on me than I knew existed! And, since it was on me, I could verify the accuracy and completeness of it too. I guess in reality, our biggest questions were exactly what to do and how to actually do it. He made it all very clear and it really is as simple as he makes it sound! Richard is amazingly honest and straight-forward in all that I've seen from him. I'm sure now that by following his plan, we can make money. The exact amount will depend on us (as he has always said). We feel we got a very good course for our money and we drove almost 1,000 miles to get to it (but the trip and expenses are tax-deductible). It gave us both a very good feeling about going forward with this business plan. Maybe you could do the same thing without attending the course, but you would be much more likely to learn a few of the lessons the hard way. We needed the extra confidence and "good feeling" and came from Richard's course. We highly recommend!

My name is R. Steven Polo, and about 2yrs ago I invested into your business. Being very interested in this type of business I have to say that everything you said is very true. At first I didn't work at it every day, in the sense of making money. But I was researching on the best ways to advertise, getting my business cards made up and letter-head on my stationary, mind me you don't have to go to that extent to start your business. But it seemed to fit at the time, and since I have been getting jobs more so by word of mouth. Giving discount's on first time clients, and from there I seemed to move toward helping women in locating there ex's for child support, real properties, liens, judgments, etc. Now since I'm doing well in this part of the business I am trying to get businesses, for the Pre-employment part. It is very interesting and you have really been a great help when I needed it.
