| SUPPORT YOU CAN COUNT ON |
| We will assist you in your marketing efforts: What Works-and more importantly-What doesn’t! We will provide you with the actual Ads, Flyers,
and Brochures that have been successful for us. |
| These are the marketing tools we have used over the years and we have put them right into the opportunity. You simply put your name on them instead of ours and use them. We tell you how to use them and where to use them. As a matter of fact, if you do what I recommend in the Marketing section you will be working with clients your very first month of operation. |
| We will introduce you to your suppliers |
| Some of the people you will use as sources don't do business with just anybody. They must be careful whom they accept information from as well as who they give information too. They must trust you and your judgment. An indiscretion in this business could ruin both your business and the source of the
information. In this business, reputation is not just important, it is the foundation of your business. You are dealing with people's lives, which could affect their futures. If you understand this, you will understand this concern. The Sources are a combination of private databases, large companies and small, that specialize in selling you information. In some cases they are sources that specialize in a single area of expertise. |
| The eternal question: What can I make? |
| I cannot guarantee your income. That depends on you and how much time and effort you are willing to put into the business and how much you market. I can tell you what I made during the first few years and what others are earning. |
| Remember: your income is in direct proportion to the amount of time you put into the business and the number of clients you service. However, you can realistically make $2,500 to $3,500 a month part-time and up to $8,000.00 a month with a full time effort. Serious efforts will make much more. |
| We are not selling a franchise. We will take none of your profits! |
| Once set up, you will be independent of me or anyone else. There are no non-compete agreements to restrict your ability to do business. You will be free to operate in any way that works for you, anywhere you want. |
| Don’t Quit Your Day Job! |
| Build your business part time. This is a client driven business. It is not a get rich
quick or Multi Level Marketing. Clients are customers who pay you for a service you render. There is no down line that may or may not put money in your pocket. There are no products to fill up your garage. This is a computer business, your product is digital. If you follow my recommendations as outlined in the opportunity you will never touch a piece
of paper. Your printer will sit there and look at you. |
| WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS |
| Pre-Employment Screening: |
| The World Trade Center disaster has put new focus on background checks in the workplace. Long term changes are here to stay as a result from the
attack including stepped up security, fewer centralized offices, more background screenings, changes in business travel policy and many other new
precautions. All these are solid reasons to consider your entry into this dynamic business opportunity. There is an expanding need that you, as a Public Records Researcher can fulfill. |
| A delivery person should not have been convicted of DUI. He should at the very least have a driver’s license. The courts have ruled that employers are responsible for knowing that people who drive their vehicles are not prone to abuse alcohol. How would you feel or what would you do if a drunk driver hit you and the offending party was driving a company truck? Lawsuit time? You betcha...and the courts will agree with you. One reason is because the driving history of the employee is
readily available in every state in the union. The employer had the opportunity to find out who was driving his trucks and failed to do so. He knew - or should have known - and it will cost him money. Money he does not have to lose if he pre-screens and takes precautions any responsible business should take. |
| General Background Investigations: |
| Lots of girl friend, boy friend inquires. Pre-Marital checks. Women should know if the guy she is serious about has ever: |
- Been married before, if so, is he paying child support?
- What does he really do for a living?
- Has he ever been in prison, if so, for what?
- Is he a child abuser, or wife abuser?
- Does he have a drinking problem?
|
| Other reasons for General Background Checks: |
- People interested in contracting with other people
- Lawyers checking on businesses contracting with their clients.
- Legal research - real property research, liens, judgments, divorce, marriage etc.
|
| Our background investigations manual is a value added item that will be a separate profit center for you and your new business. |
| Employment Verification Services: |
| This is the module that continues where Pre-Employment Screening leaves off. |
| Progress Energy, a large Power supply company who owns three power plants on the East coast of Florida and several
others in North and South Carolina, recently was paid a visit by U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. Immigration found working in
their Nuclear Facility located in Crystal River, Florida, three employees, one of which was sweeping the floor in the Control room of the facility, who
had fake Social Security numbers. They had simply made them up and applied for the job. The scary part is they were hired and put to work in a
nuclear facility without any background check at all. Think Progress Energy was embarrassed, I think so. Think they have changed their hiring
practices. I think so. How about F.E.M.A. (Federal Emergency Management Agency) who was discovered by a So. Florida newspaper to have at least 30
criminals taking information from Florida storm victims for aid. The thirty had been convicted of drugs, robbery, burglary and even had a murderer among
their number. Think F.E.M.A. changed their attitudes about checking employees? They did and rather quickly too. |
| You could get into this business of "Employment Verification", it is easy, inexpensive and a service that business is wiling to pay for. I have picked up several businesses who want me to verify Social Security numbers for employees. They include one large restaurant chain and a hospital. These are employees who are working now and were never checked. The recent publicity concerning terrorism and possible terrorist acts in this country has caused an explosion in
employment verification. You can be a part of this expanding opportunity. |
