Your graduation from our two-day course of personal instruction will prepare you for the business as a Public Records Researcher.

Training - In-Class and CD

 

A training program has been developed for the business opportunity and is now offered in two formats. On CD for the person who can not attend the recommended training for cost or travel reasons and the regular In-House 2 day training in our home office classroom.

Either way the training consists of comprehensive training for the business Opportunity and is a step by step method for starting and implementing the business opportunity. This is in addition to our award winning support which consists of e-mail or telephone support for as long as you need it.

The training program brings together the three facets of the business as well as the marketing and sources of information into a seamless business for those who choose to attend the training. Actual hands on computer training with the sources of information is a large part of the training and is a unique feature of this business opportunity.

The In-house training culminates in the awarding of a Certificate that designates you as a  Certified Public Records Researcher.

 

 

Proprietary Manuals


 The manuals, developed over years of trial and error in the business and applicable only to your business, will be covered in depth and in a step by step manner to assure your success in this new and profitable business. Your instructor will be Mr. Richard W Callahan the founder of Accurate Data Service and the author of your business opportunity. If you select to attend the training you will be instructed in the use of the legal forms necessary to hire someone, developed by the company and approved by our legal counsel, these forms are a integral part of the opportunity.

  • The Employer Application

  • Employment Prior to Background

  • Investigation Waiver

  • Employment at Will Notice

  • A Drug Policy Statement

  • An Offer and Acceptance Agreement

  • A Comprehensive Release Waiver

  • A F.C.R.A. 1997 revision release

Federal Rules

 

We also train you in applicable federal law and Industry Protocol rules and regulations for the use and application of public records

 

They include:

  • The Drivers Protection Act

  • The Fair Credit and Reporting Act

  • The Graham, Leach, Bliley Act

  • The Freedom of Information Act


 You will be shown examples of all screens used in the business and how to market them. Pricing examples and discount schemes are also a part of the manuals and training. Sample ads are shown and where to place them discussed. Cost limitations for various publication types are suggested.

 


 Third Party Software Programs and your Sources of Information


 There is information programs included in your training that will make your life in this business much easier and efficient. They will be covered in depth with hands on training. You will also be given actual use training with the many sources of information you will be using in your business. Useful software packages are discussed with application examples shown. Although this business is about Public Records, some of the records are personal. Your training includes a very useful topic titled "How to Stay out of Trouble", this topic is discussed utilizing several examples.
